About SAMUEL DELGADO

Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, and now based in Miami, Florida, I am an award-winning tattoo artist with more than a decade of experience. I began tattooing independently in 2013 and have maintained a strong professional practice in the United States since 2019, completing more than 2,000 tattoos for clients from multiple states and 10 countries.

I specialize in American Traditional, Neo-Traditional, and Neo-Japanese tattooing. My work is defined by bold linework, solid color, depth, balanced composition, and designs that flow naturally with the body. I am also recognized for my expertise in cover-ups, which I approach as complete redesigns that transform existing tattoos into cohesive, intentional, and visually powerful pieces.

My work has earned eight awards at tattoo conventions in Puerto Rico and the United States, including four first-place titles. My first-place honors include American Traditional at The All Star Tattoo Convention in 2023, American Traditional at Palm Beach Expo in 2025, Best New School Tattoo at Ink Mania Tattoo & Art Festival in 2025, and American Traditional at the Orlando Tattoo Convention in 2026.

In 2026, I was also selected to serve as a judge at the Orlando Tattoo Convention and The All Star Tattoo Convention, evaluating work based on technical execution, composition, originality, and application quality. For me, every tattoo begins with understanding the person behind the idea, with the goal of creating work that feels personal, powerful, and built to last.
